Therapy for the Soul...
As a Psychic Channel, Psychotherapist, and Hypnotherapist, my background lies in both the mental health profession and metaphysical avenues. Having spent 11 years working as a psychotherapist and 20 years studying metaphysics and non-denominational spirituality, I have often found that people need more. Sorting through problems with a qualified therapist can be fruitful. However, I have found through my own journey and observing thousands of clients that a holistic approach to wellness can lead to much deeper healing and transformation. Meditation, body-mind approaches, developing and trusting one's intuition, and a quest for deeper understanding of our existence as Soul Beings in this Universe can all play very significant roles in the process of healing, transformation, and personal growth.
I have found that sometimes people need perceptive feedback about the nature of their difficulties and potential blind spots. I use my intuitive and counseling skills to address this need.
Oftentimes, we can accomplish a lot more healing when we enter a deeply relaxed state of being than we would if we continued to spiral through problems intellectually. I address this common pattern through guided meditation and a unique approach to hypnotherapy.
The condition of our bodies and energy systems affects how we feel! Diet, exercise, acupuncture, herbs, chiropractic work, reiki, massage, and learning to listen to what our bodies are telling us can often go a long way in assisting our emotional healing. I encourage some discussion of body-mind wellness, utilize EFT (see www.emo-free.com) and often make referrals to other healers.
I believe that we are all here on earth with a Higher Purpose and that by accessing our Highest State of Consciousness we can identify and pursue that purpose. As we move in this direction, we become free to follow our passions, access our creative abilities, honor our Higher Selves and others around us. Thus, we become more fully able to enjoy a state of genuine fulfillment, authenticity, and peace.
